    You may initiate a return within 3 days of the original delivery date. After this period, returns may not be accepted.


    Reason for Return:

    Acceptable reasons for return include:

    • Receipt of the wrong product.
    • Product defects or quality issues.


    Proof of Purchase:

    To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.


    Free Return Shipping:

    We are pleased to offer free return shipping for eligible returns. Return shipping is free for returns due to an error on our part, product defects, or quality issues. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your return according to your preference:



    You will receive a refund to your original payment method. 



    We will send you a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.

    Please note that returns may not be accepted under the following circumstances:


    • Coffee is not in its original pouch.
    • Changed your mind or no longer want the product.
    • More than one-third of the coffee is consumed.  
    • Returns requested outside of the 3 days return window from the date of delivery.



    When returning coffee products, please use the original packaging or follow specific packaging instructions provided by our customer support team to ensure safe transit.


    Refund Processing Time:

    Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund or replacement promptly. Please allow 3 business days for the processing of your return.
