      Ingredients:

      • Freshly roasted coffee beans (espresso roast)
      • Espresso machine with a portafilter and basket
      • Espresso grinder
      • Tamper
      • Scale
      • Timer
      • Clean, filtered water

      Directions:

      1. Preheat the machine.
      2. Grind fresh coffee beans to a fine consistency.
      3. Dose the coffee grounds into the portafilter basket.
      4. Tamp the grounds evenly.
      5. Insert the portafilter into the machine.
      6. Start the brewing process.
      7. Time the shot for about 25-30 seconds.
      8. Remove the portafilter and enjoy your espresso.
