Nestled in the picturesque Sahyadri ranges of the Western Ghats near Chickmagalur, Balanoor Plantations spans 600 hectares of lush coffee estates. With elevations ranging from 900 to 1400 meters above sea level and receiving abundant rainfall of around 300 cm annually, the plantation benefits from rich, deep soil and evergreen shade, creating an ideal environment for coffee cultivation.

Balanoor takes pride in its meticulous care throughout the entire coffee processing cycle, from picking to curing, ensuring high-quality beans while adhering to environmental sustainability practices.
Balanoor integrates mixed cropping, including pepper, areca nut, and timber, enhancing biodiversity and soil health. The estate focuses on social welfare by providing its workers with housing, medical care, education, and other benefits, ensuring a high standard of living and community well-being.
Environmentally, Balanoor emphasizes conservation through jungle tree preservation, mulch utilization, and efficient water management practices. The estate, teeming with wildlife, enforces a strict no-hunting policy and maintains a certified organic Arabica division, contributing to both ecological balance and superior coffee production.
